Our pastry chef Lily Pegus of Cane and Bagel has dreamt up these petit perfections.

WHITE.
Layers of Ooray Jam (Davidson Plum), white chocolate buttercream frosting with passionfruit glaze. Adorned with Braer flowers.


PINK.
Strawberries and cream layered with bayleaf custard buttercream and adorned with Braer flowers.
